Energy EP

Delay-drenched melodies ripple over an intro that flicks between breaks before the amen comes crashing through, welded to a weighty 808 sub. A snarling Reese bass drags the second drop somewhere darker.

Piano and Rhodes intertwine beneath a soulful vocal hook, while rolling breaks keep the energy locked. Basslines switch and mutate throughout without ever losing the groove.

The title track earns its name. Funky, cinematic melodies build over a skippy, stripped-back beat before soundclash vocal snippets pile weight onto a drop built for rewinds.

A nod to the mid-90s: a jump-up stepper driven by a rising and falling 808 bass riff, laced with a rare groove loop and a hip hop vocal. Old-school foundations, modern punch.
